Laura Mouw is a recovered health care executive who writes humor and nonfiction whenever she can stop creating intricate plans to (someday) clean her closet. She lives in Austin, Texas with her permanent husband and daughter and two neurotic dogs. Her essays have been published in the Austin Community College Rio Review, LOL Comedy and Oddball Humor Magazine.
