Grace Gibbons lives with her husband and Sophie the dog in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York. She teaches College Writing at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and holds an MFA from Mississippi University for Women. She has most recently published humor, short fiction and seen a short play produced virtually in New York City. She is finishing a memoir called Illegitimate and a full-length play called Left in Mexico.
